Terms and Conditions for eAssist by AiTBS:
Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of the eAssist platform (hereinafter referred to as "eAssist" or "the platform"), owned and operated by AiTBS. By accessing or using eAssist, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Services: eAssist provides its users with a range of tools for content generation, correction, summarization, explanation, code snippets, and visual editing, along with the ability to ask a virtual expert for assistance. The use of these tools is subject to these terms and conditions.
Content Ownership: All content generated through the use of eAssist remains the property of the user who created it. AiTBS retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for research and development purposes.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of eAssist and the content you generate, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use eAssist to generate content that is illegal, harmful, malicious, or in violation of any third-party rights.
Privacy and Security: AiTBS takes the privacy and security of its users seriously and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. All information and data stored on the eAssist platform is encrypted to ensure the privacy and security of the data.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The use of eAssist is at your own risk. AiTBS provides eAssist on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of the use of eAssist. AiTBS is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Limitation of Liability: AiTBS will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of eAssist, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: AiTBS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of eAssist after such modification constitutes your agreement to the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
